Support Yoga for Youth in June!

Attention Greater-Gainesville! If you have yet to experience the buzz about the benefits of yoga & mindfulness for youth, we encourage you to visit any number of these supplemental resources:

With that said, Ms. B is continuing to work overtime to bring yoga (& mindfulness) to area youth & families; but needs involvement for program continuation. This summer’s schedule is up & includes weekly yoga for youth with NEW CLASSES for elementary aged girls and a MONTHLY family yoga class! Tween Yoga will continue on Thursdays & Kid’s Yoga will be held WEEKLY on Saturdays – through the end of June; once in July; & returning in August of 2015.
