Autism Rates Rise to 1 in 88

If 1 out of 88 children are being diagnosed with Autism, is it really a disorder or is it a varient of “normal” development? What kind of brain are we growing in the age of electronics? After all ASD is a social communication disorder and when children spend more of their time interacting with electronics rather than communicating and building social relationships, what is the impact on the diagnosis?
